Organizational analytics, or the use of organizational network analysis, behavioral psychology and AI to understand how work gets done within companies is becoming increasingly important as leaders are tasked with providing hard data to back up their organizational design decisions. By understanding how teams communicate and work throughout the day leaders can make more informed decisions around their business processes.
Please join us at our Organizational Design Through Analytics Course, taught by MIT PhD Ben Waber. This 20 person limit course is taught once quarterly to help leaders understand how they can benefit from establishing an organizational design function within their team including;
•Understanding what behavioral data you already have
•Learning basic organizational analysis methods
•Identifying organizational problems that you can address with analytics in the near term
•Discovering how to communicate behavioral metrics to key stakeholders within your organization
•Discussing specific use cases within your organization and applications for organizational analytics
This is a hands on, deep dive course that allows you the opportunity to work with real data from real use cases to understand how work gets done within teams, why that information matters and how you can use these analysis methods within your own company. The Chicago course is being held at
